The project of the MBC Foundation (MBC) and CIC is aimed at training a team of employees in Georgia, in order to equip them to set up and run a Business Training Center. During the first phase, attention will be focused on applying this within the own organization and it will optimize the businesses that CIC has already developed. It also creates the opportunity for refugees from Iran to start their own business in Georgia in collaboration with CIC and possibly later upon their return to Iran.
The Project plan
The project consists of 2 parts:
- Phase 1: A training program consisting of a Generate Your Business Idea training (GYB) and the Start Your Business training (SYB) for potential trainers, coaches, leaders of CIC and potential entrepreneurs. The result is a set of 5 business plans. MBC will combine the evaluation of the business plans with the Training of Coaches.
- Phase 2: Selecting a group of potential Trainers and Coaches. Through the deployment of a CIC staff member, responsible for the future training center, he will be involved in evaluating the business plans, setting up the companies and preparing for the next phase: the Training of Trainers.
Lange termijn
Het project is een onderdeel van het lange termijn doel van CIC: een formele oprichting van een bedrijfsincubator voor de Perzische wereld. CIC is van mening dat de MBC-methodologie voor training en coaching van armen voor het genereren van inkomsten een aanvulling is op de doelstelling van CIC.
Status van het project
Vanwege de beslissing van CIC om zich nu te concentreren op vluchtelingen uit Afghanistan en enkele interne omstandigheden, is na fase 1 de voorzetting van het project tijdelijk uitgesteld. Zodra CIC klaar is om het project voort te zetten, zullen MBC en CIC samen beslissen of, en wanneer we kunnen beginnen met de Training van Trainers. Indien het niet mogelijk is dit met dezelfde studenten voort te zetten kan het nodig zijn om opnieuw te beginnen met fase 1.
