Andrei Villamayor started Fit and Lean<\/em> in June 2018, a food service targeting a market that needs the convenience of healthy meal delivery every day. He had just started for two weeks when he participated in the MBC training Start Your Business<\/em>. This had a very positive impact as he learned the importance of planning well, setting goals and evaluating the company’s results. He noted that he used to work by trial and error, it just depends on whether you like it or not\u2026 But once he learned these business principles, he was able to be more strategic in his approach. With the business running for a year, the past few months have been the most profitable!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In a healthy company there is always room for growth, and Andrei is aware of this, so he has an eye for new opportunities for \u201cFit and Lean\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

To learn from each other<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As his business grows, he sees all kinds of new opportunities. One of the things that appeals to him is the relationship he can build not only with his customers, but also with his business colleagues. MBC also enabled him to join a small group of entrepreneurs who meet to talk about the company’s ups and downs, both success stories and challenges. They can also help each other to be creative and innovative, and support each other in this. This creates a healthy environment of business minded<\/em> people who help each other to develop healthy companies. Andrei continues to attend MBC’s mentoring sessions, but he also occasionally teaches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
